Curved Stair Residence
A helical walnut stair on a continuous curved stringer, with coffered ceilings, an arched kitchen passage and a marble primary bath.
The stair is the piece everything else is measured against. It is helical, carried on a continuous curved stringer, with a hand-formed volute at the base and a moulded handrail that runs unbroken through the full turn — no joint at the newel, no flat in the curve.
The rest of the apartment is built to the same standard: coffered ceilings set out from the window centres, an arched opening formed between the kitchen and the passage, and a primary bath in white marble.
